A Message to Our Church Family,

As you well know, our church has been unable to meet physically for many weeks because of the COVID-19 pandemic that has impacted our community and the entire world.

We are excited to announce that we will be starting a limited re-opening in phases beginning June 21.

There are a number of health and safety guidelines we will be following, in accordance with local officials and common sense:

All attendees will be screened before entry:

  1. Your temperature will be checked with a contact-free thermometer

  2. You will be asked a few questions regarding health and exposure

    • Have you experienced cough and/or fever in the last 14 days?

    • Have you experienced body aches in the last 14 days?

    • Have you or an immediate family member been exposed to someone with COVID-19 within the last 14 days?

  3. All attendees will be required to sanitize their hands before entry

  4. Face masks are required for all adults. Please see www.nmhealth.gov for mask guidelines for children.

    • If you have a medical condition that makes wearing a mask impossible or unadvisable, please let us know, or continue to watch online.

  5. If you are not comfortable with any of these restrictions, can’t answer questions or don’t want to be screened, then please continue participate online

Social distancing:

  1. Please continue to be safe regarding physical contact: No shaking hands, hugging, etc

  2. We recommend that family groups sit at a distance from other families

  3. The rear video room will be available to enable more distance if necessary

  4. Please obey ushers directions regarding seating and distancing

During service:

  1. There will be no passing of offering plates, there are buckets in back, as well as electronic giving

  2. There will be no children’s functions until further notice

    • No Sunday School

    • No Nursery

    • No Children's Church

  3. The video room is available for families with boisterous children/babies

  4. Services will still be available online for the time being

    • For those who might be high risk

    • For those who feel uncomfortable attending in person

We will be cleaning and sanitizing all common surfaces between and during every service

Your Responsibility:

  1. It is vital that each person MUST be honest and report

    • If you are not feeling well

    • If you or an immediate family member has been exposed to COVID-19

  2. If you are exposed, even if you have been tested, please wait 14 days since exposure before you and your immediate family to return

  3. The ONLY way this can work is if we all work together and do our part to keep each other safe!
